OK, I need to tell you a story about youtube. One or two years ago, back in my home country, there was an infamous person called "Bus uncle", the reason why he became so infamous is that he's been shot swearing a passenger for 8 minutes in a bus and the video clip was uploaded to Youtube. Wikipedia has an extensive coverage of the whole story .The clip has received 3,916,682 hits so far (mind you that the population of Hong Kong SAR is about 6,921,700 so you can guess that at least 1/3 of the population watched that video). The Bus Uncle incident became a widespread phenomenon . Thanks to youtube.
Anyway, I just embedded a link from youtube which is called Halloween Pet Costumes , it's been rated as favourites by many, hope that you like it and have a big laugh about the two cute dogs:

#16 (Week 7). Learn about wikis and discover some innovative ways that libraries are using them.
Wikis! A great way to enhance customer loyalty in the library. The booklover wiki and the library success are two great examples to show how libraries can make use of the new technology to our customers. I saw some of the Akozone kids in our library to make use of wikipedia when they researched for their homework, so I guess it's quite useful too. I did some searches on wikipedia and found some interesting topics there like the Top 100 Crime Novels of All Time and Agatha Christie .There were about 2,077,751 articles in English.
